1. Personal Story
- Please share the key factors that shape who you are and what you believe.
2. Spiritual Formation
- How are you being formed/transformed spiritually?
- What areas of spiritual development do you struggle in?
- What are the biggest areas of growth you could point to in that last year?
3. Gospel
- Please briefly share your understanding of the Gospel.
- Share how you would apply the gospel in real life situations (i.e. anger, struggles with pornography; disrespectful spouse, etc.) Pick one.
- Share how your understanding of the gospel is affecting your life and ministry.
4. Marriage and Family
- How do you lead your home in the area of: 1) Spiritual growth – prayer, study of scripture/the story, stewardship, etc…; 2) Management of Household; 3) Discipline of Children; and 4) Ministry as a family
- How is your wife partnering with you through: 1) Submission to leadership; 2) Caring for husband and Children; and 4) Involvement in ministry

- Who and what is your personal mission field?
- What are some obstacles to your personal ministry in the city and how are you addressing those?
